Drug-Induced QT Prolongation Atlas (DIQTA) contains information on U.S. FDA approved drugs and its potential to cause QT prolongation. A DIQT classification scheme defined in the database was developed based on drug labeling information. DIQTA mainly provides four folds of drug-induced QT prolongation related information including a classification scheme for drugs' potential to QT prolongation, post-marketing surveillance data of drug-induced QT prolongation, drug property information and the link to pharmacogenomics data.
