This file provides the related information on 173 DIR drugs (including a withdrawn drug:  CERIVASTATIN).

1. The Generic or Proper Names of the DIR drugs.
2. The PubChem Compound ID of the drugs. Here, only 161 PubChem Compound IDs were provided for the small molecular drugs.
3. A description for indicating whether a drug is a small molecule. 
4. The DrugBank ID for the drugs.
5. DIR classificaions defined according to the severity score.
6. Severity scores defined based on the drug labeling content.
7. The short section titles in the drug labeling from which we defined the severity scores for the drugs.
8. The weblinks of the drugs in our database.
